At Vogue Scent, we want you to experience your olfactory journey with complete confidence. We offer a 30-day return window, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your fragrance package to request a formal return.

📋 Eligibility Criteria

To protect the sanitary integrity and formulation quality of our luxury blends, returned items must meet the following baseline standards:

  • Condition: The fragrance bottle must be completely unused, un-sprayed, and unaltered.

  • Packaging: The product must remain in its original factory presentation box, with all original cellophane wrapping intact and unopened.

  • Proof: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to initialize a return ticket.

🚫 Important Note: Due to strict safety regulations surrounding flammable liquids, any fragrances mailed back to our facilities without a prior formal return authorization will be automatically rejected and disposed of.

🚚 RETURN SHIPPING COSTS & FEES

Allocation of return shipping costs is determined by the specific reason for your return package:

1. Returns Due to Our Error

(Incorrect scent variation sent, defective atomizers, or bottles broken during carrier transit)

  • Our Coverage: We will provide you with a 100% prepaid ground return shipping label via email at no cost to you.

  • Zero Deductions: The return shipping cost will not be deducted from your final product refund.

2. Returns for Any Other Reason

(Changed mind, scent preference mismatch, or accidental order selection)

  • Your Coverage: You are responsible for procuring and paying for the return shipping label.

  • Estimated Standard Baseline Rates:

    • U.S. Returns: Approximately $10.99

    • Canadian Returns: Approximately $19.99

    • International Returns: Range from $23.99 – $45.00 (depending on weight and destination country)

🛠️ HOW TO INITIALIZE A FRAGRANCE RETURN

  2. Review Instructions: Our team will verify your batch details and provide specialized hazmat-compliant return steps.

  3. Ship to Correct Hub: Because we use multiple climate-controlled distribution facilities, we will provide you with the exact shipping address optimized for your fragrance's specific storage facility.

🔍 DAMAGES, DEFECTS, AND LEAKAGE

Please inspect your luxury bottle immediately upon arrival. If you discover a leaking bottle, a broken atomizer pump, or an incorrect scent profile variant, contact us right away at help@voguescent.store. We will quickly evaluate the issue, issue a prepaid ground return tag, and expedite a pristine replacement or full refund to make it right.

🚫 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS & EXCEPTIONS

Certain classes of items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Bespoke Formulations: Custom blends, special limited-edition orders, or personalized engraved fragrance bottles.

  • Opened Fragrances: Any bottle that has had its factory cellophane broken, box opened, or atomizer sprayed even once.

  • Discovery Sets & Samples: Individual mini sample vials or testing sets.

🔄 EXCHANGES

The fastest way to secure an alternative scent profile or bottle size is to return your unopened, sealed original item using the instructions above. Once your return is received and officially accepted by our warehouse, simply place a separate, new order for your preferred fragrance directly on our storefront.

🇪🇺 EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

For orders dispatched directly to addresses within the European Union, you possess a legal right to cancel or return your purchase for any reason within 14 days of delivery, without needing a justification.

  • The fragrance must still meet all strict baseline configuration standards (factory-sealed, completely unopened cellophane packaging, un-sprayed).

  • Return shipping logistics and fees during this cooling-off window remain the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

💰 REFUND PROCESSING TIMELINES

  1. Inspection Phase: Once your returned fragrance is received at our designated secure facility, our team will thoroughly inspect the seal integrity.

  2. Approval Notice: We will send you an email confirmation letting you know if your refund has been officially approved or declined based on box condition.

  3. Payout Execution: If approved, your original item cost will be auto-credited to your primary payment method within 10 business days.

🏦 Note: Individual banking institutes and credit card companies can take additional billing cycles to post funds back onto your active accounts.
