To comply with the Department of Transportation (DOT), international postal treaties, and commercial carrier regulations regarding alcohol-based flammable liquids, all Vogue Scent shipments are managed under strict safety constraints:

  • Mandatory Ground Shipping: All orders must ship exclusively via Standard Ground Transport.

  • No Air Shipping: We cannot offer expedited "Air", "Express", or "Overnight" shipping methods for any fragrance products due to aircraft cargo safety laws.

  • Delivery Transit: Because our items travel entirely by land, please anticipate the full estimated delivery window for your region.

🔄 MULTI-WAREHOUSE FULFILLMENT

To ensure maximum product availability of rare ingredients and curated extraits, Vogue Scent utilizes multiple secure, temperature-controlled storage facilities.

  • If your order contains multiple fragrance varieties, they may occasionally ship from different locations.

  • In these instances, you will receive separate tracking numbers.

  • Shipping costs are calculated strictly on your total checkout order value—you will never be charged extra for split shipments.

⏳ PROCESSING & TRANST TIMEFRAMES

Order Processing Time

Orders are typical curated, packed, and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During peak holiday seasons or major brand releases, processing may take up to 5 business days. Processing times are independent of transit times.

Transit Times (After Processing)

Once handed off to our standard ground transport carriers, typical delivery timelines are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 10–21 business days (varies strictly by destination customs checks)

🚫 SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • Fragrance Boundaries: Due to varying international postal regulations regarding hazardous materials, certain fragrance formulations are restricted from delivery to select international regions or remote, non-ground accessible territories. If an item cannot be legally shipped to your address, you will be notified automatically at checkout.

  • Active Service Zones: We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and select international destinations worldwide.

Return shipping logistics and costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent or transit damage).

  • U.S. Returns: Typically $10.99

  • Canadian Returns: Typically $19.99

  • International Returns: Typically $23.99 – $45.00

⚠️ Fragrance Return Compliance: Due to the regulated nature of liquid perfumes, any authorized returns must be shipped using a carrier certified to handle "Consumer Commodity" ground shipments. Do not mail fragrances back without receiving specific safety compliance instructions from us first.

💬 DELIVERY ISSUES & CLAIMS

If your fragrance package experiences an extended delay, is lost, or arrives damaged in transit, please contact our concierge team at help@voguescent.store within 30 days of the expected delivery date so we can initialize a carrier claim and arrange a replacement.
