This website is operated by Vogue Scent. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Vogue Scent. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 2 - ACCURACY OF FRAGRANCE INFORMATION

  • Olfactory Descriptions: Descriptions of scent profiles, notes (e.g., top, heart, and base notes), and ingredient accords are subjective sensory representations. We make every effort to display and describe our luxury fragrances accurately, but we do not guarantee that a fragrance will match your personal olfactory expectations.

  • Visual Presentation: We aim to display our bespoke bottles and packaging as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any product color or texture will perfectly match the physical item.

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING & HAZARDOUS MATERIALS REGULATIONS

Our transportation, fulfillment, and delivery of fragrances are governed strictly by domestic and international safety regulations regarding alcohol-based liquids.

  • Mandatory Ground Shipping: All orders containing colognes, extraits de parfum, or alcohol-based fragrances will be shipped exclusively via Standard Ground transportation.

  • Delivery Compliance: You agree to provide a valid, accessible physical shipping address that can safely accept ground transit deliveries.

  • Carrier Seizures & Customs: Vogue Scent is not responsible for items delayed, returned, or seized by transit carriers or border customs due to international shipping restrictions on Dangerous Goods or volatile liquids.

SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

  • Price Adjustments: Prices for our luxury fragrances are subject to change without notice.

  • Service Changes: We reserve the right at any time to modify, pause, or discontinue a scent formulation or part of the Service without notice at any time.

SECTION 5 - BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

  • Order Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order you place with us at our sole discretion. This includes orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

  • Cancellation Notifications: In the event that we modify or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email, billing address, or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.

SECTION 6 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & HEALTH NOTICE

  • Sensitivities & Allergic Reactions: Vogue Scent shall not be held liable for any topical allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or respiratory discomfort resulting from the application or use of our fragrances.

  • Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's sole responsibility to review the listed ingredients and potential allergens detailed on the product packaging before application.

SECTION 7 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States.
